Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp in Poland is seeking a Senior Integration Lead to own a complex HR integration landscape. You will review current setups, challenge patterns and define a migration roadmap to SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP SuccessFactors integrations.

You will improve monitoring, enable better observability, and work with internal teams and external partners to reduce data movement and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on enterprise integration architecture experience.
• Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Ability to design and migrate legacy integrations.
• Strong security understanding (OAuth, SFTP, certificates).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the HR integration landscape across domains.
• Review IBM DataStage and SAP BTP integrations, data flows, schedules and failure points.
• Define a migration roadmap to SAP BTP.
• Design and improve integrations using SAP Integration Suite.
• Establish standards for integration design, monitoring, and incident handling.
• Improve logging, observability, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with SAP teams, HR, Finance and vendors.
