Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Application Engineer Team Lead for SAP BTP to drive end-to-end delivery across Neo and Cloud Foundry environments. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, mentor consultants and align projects with SAP SuccessFactors and HR process requirements.

You will collaborate with project managers, QA and support teams to ensure scalable, secure enterprise applications and adherence to EY standards. The role offers a hybrid work model and global delivery exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application services or related roles.
• Experience leading SAP BTP projects in a consulting or delivery setting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional teams across lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants across discovery, design, build and deployment phases.
• Serve as primary contact for Employee Central projects from discovery to support.
• Mentor and guide team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and resources.
• Conduct workshops to capture business requirements and translate to system specs.
• Advise clients on best practices, change management and adoption strategies.
• Design and implement Employee Central solutions leveraging SAP capabilities.
