Job summary

Seargin Ltd. seeks a seasoned SAP Solution Architect to drive the architecture for global Capital Investment Finance, IFRS16, and SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will design cross-domain finance solutions, bridge business objectives with technical roadmaps, and lead SAFe-aligned architecture runway initiatives.

You will promote AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and modern data platforms while ensuring governance, security, and enterprise standards across multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years SAP Solution Architecture experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including FI-AA, RE-FX, Investment Management, and Project Systems.
• Strong Capital Investment Finance knowledge, IFRS16, leasing and asset lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with SAP BTP, cloud architectures and modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of API management, SAP Integration Suite, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience leading architecture activities in SAFe environments (PI Planning).
• Familiar with AI-driven capabilities, intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to guide executive leadership.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking for technology transformation.

• Ensure compliance with EA standards, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Define integration strategies with procurement, manufacturing, asset mgmt, and other domains.
• Advise senior leaders, architects, and product teams with strategic tech guidance.

• Define technology strategies and architecture roadmaps supporting the evolution of global Capital Investment Finance, Asset Accounting, CapEx, and IFRS16 landscapes.
• Design and govern SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across FI-AA, RE-FX, Investment Management, and Project Systems domains.
• Business & Technology Alignment
  • Bridge executive business strategy with technical solution design, translating business objectives into scalable architectural solutions.
• Drive Architecture Runway activities within SAFe environments, supporting Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, and long-term solution planning.
• Lead architecture initiatives leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform, cloud-native capabilities, API strategies, and event-driven design principles.
• Promote adoption of AI-driven capabilities, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and next-generation user experiences within finance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, data governance policies, and global technology guidelines.
• Define integration strategies connecting finance solutions with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, asset management, and other enterprise domains.
• Stakeholder Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, enterprise architects, and product teams, providing strategic technology guidance and recommendations.
• Support large-scale digital transformation initiatives by delivering scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with long-term business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of SAP Solution Architecture experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions within complex global environments.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Expertise
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including FI-AA, RE-FX, Investment Management, and Project Systems modules.
• Capital Investment Finance Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Capital Investment Finance processes, asset lifecycle management, leasing, and IFRS16 requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, cloud architectures, and enterprise solution modernization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of API management, SAP Integration Suite, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
• SAFe & Agile Delivery
  • Proven experience leading architecture activities within SAFe environments, including PI Planning and Architecture Runway management.
• AI & Data Technologies
  • Familiarity with AI-driven capabilities, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, SAP Joule, and modern data platform technologies.
• Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to evaluate complex systems and align technology decisions with strategic business goals.
