Job summary

Asana is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect in Warsaw to lead architectural governance and scale across the Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent tools. You will work with leadership to translate business needs into robust technical operations and steer integrations across the RevTech landscape.

In this role you will drive CI/CD strategies, guide vendor assessments, and mentor teams on best practices while maintaining data integrity and platform standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem with architecture/leadership focus.
• Ability to architect solutions beyond core Salesforce and integrate tools like Clay.io, Roadrunner.io.
• Experience evaluating external tools and guiding procurement decisions.
• Hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforce and GTM systems.
• Own the Enterprise Technology tech stack desk and data integrity.
• Collaborate with leadership to align on technical vision and execution.
• Partner with product teams to deliver the roadmap and CoE standards.
• Lead CI/CD and environment strategies across deployment tools.
