Accenture Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer/Tech Lead to manage onshore and offshore development teams, coordinate with Architects and Project Managers, and contribute hands-on coding in Apex and Lightning Components.

Qualifications

• LWC & Apex – advanced hands-on development, async processing, governor limits, design patterns (fflib)
• Declarative platform – Flows, validation rules, approval processes; knowing when to code vs. config
• Data modelling & SOQL/SOSL – scalable schema design, query selectivity
• APIs & integrations – REST/SOAP, Connected Apps, Named Credentials, OAuth flows
• CI/CD & DevOps tooling – source-driven development (SFDX), pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / Copado)
• SF CLI – daily usage for metadata ops, org management
• Packaging – unlocked/managed packages for modular delivery
• Release readiness – 3×/year release cycle, sandbox testing
• Technical leadership – code reviews, mentoring, delegation, coding standards
• Certifications – min. 2 (Platform Developer I mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Salesforce development teams
• Coordinate with architects and project managers to deliver customized components
• Provide hands-on coding and reviews to ensure quality and standards
• Guide release planning, testing and governance
• Mentor team members and enforce best practices across projects
