Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd, a US-based consulting firm, is seeking a Salesforce Pre-Sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong Insurance domain expertise to support solutioning, client engagements, and business development initiatives.

The role combines deep Salesforce platform knowledge with industry experience to design compelling Salesforce-based solutions across policy lifecycle, claims, distribution, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce solutioning or pre-sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, FSC/Insurance Cloud preferred).
• Experience in Insurance domain (Life, P&C, Brokers, MGA, or Carriers).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience in solution estimation and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to support Salesforce opportunity pursuits in the Insurance domain.
• Lead solution discovery discussions to understand client business challenges and transformation goals.
• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities.
• Prepare solution proposals, effort estimates, and high-level architecture diagrams.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with solution approaches, differentiators, and value propositions.
• Develop reusable solution accelerators, demo environments, and industry-specific use cases.
• Create sales collaterals including capability decks, solution brochures, case studies, and POV documents.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations including AI (Agentforce, Einstein, GenAI), Data Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
