Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development across CRM, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• 2+ years in senior or lead role with mentoring responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, SOSL.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and customization of Salesforce solutions including CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Design scalable architectures and ensure integration with enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior developers and guide CI/CD practices.
