Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementation. You will define a secure, scalable architecture enabling complex business processes and digital transformation.

You will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams and external partners to translate strategy into practical solutions, mentor teams, and ensure governance, security and performance across Salesforce clouds.

Qualifications

Experience designing Salesforce solutions across Cloud environments.
Expert in Salesforce integration with external systems.
Deep knowledge of data modeling, security and compliance.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage executives.
Excellent workshop facilitation and decision-making skills.
Hands-on MuleSoft or similar integration experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds or CPQ.
Knowledge of DevOps practices in Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce multi-cloud architecture aligning with organizational goals.
Lead solution design sessions and validate architecture decisions with stakeholders.
Define and implement integration strategies with external systems and third-party applications.
Establish governance for data modeling, security, and compliance across the Salesforce landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate workstreams with third-party vendors to ensure delivery quality.
Monitor architectural consistency and enforce adherence to technical standards throughout the project timeline.
Provide expert guidance, technical leadership, and mentoring to Salesforce development and implementation team.
