Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead to design, implement, and optimize Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee complex implementations, and align technical strategy with business goals in a remote Poland setting.

You will mentor up to 5 professionals, drive end-to-end SFMC projects, and ensure security and regulatory compliance across environments while delivering data-driven marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (mandatory) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience leading small teams and managing enterprise-level SFMC implementations.
• Proficiency in SFMC modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobilePush, MobileConnect, Interaction Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
• Strong development skills in AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity for technical and architectural decision-making based on business goals and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 Salesforce Marketing Cloud professionals, ensuring project deliverables align with organizational standards and client expectations.
• Architect, implement, and optimize solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (mandatory) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including modules such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobilePush, MobileConnect, Interaction Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
• Oversee complex SFMC implementations in enterprise environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows and personalized campaigns utilizing AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business objectives into innovative technical solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
• Make informed technical and architectural decisions, balancing platform capabilities, best practices, and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all marketing cloud solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for live marketing cloud environments.
