Job summary

INNOVATIVE TECH SOLUTIONS INC in Poland seeks an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives, including planning, execution, and governance. You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive on-time delivery within scope and budget.

This remote role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, integration patterns, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce programs.
• Strong governance and steering-committee facilitation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage multiple workstreams, project dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Establish program governance frameworks and conduct steering committee meetings.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices across Salesforce teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, solution reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Build relationships with business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Oversee Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Collaborate with architects on solution design and roadmap planning.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and business value realization.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Track program KPIs, utilization, and delivery metrics.
• Support contract management, scope control, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and compliance requirements.
