Capgemini Polska is seeking an Senior Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, integrating AI to drive measurable business impact for global clients. You will shape Capgemini's MicrosoftCXpractice and influence digital experiences across millions of users.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Apps, Automate, Pages).
• Proficient in C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comfortable with PowerShell/Bash and IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform).
• Experience with Azure Integration Services—Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within Agile teams.
• Extend platform capabilities through pro-code customization (plugins, PCF, custom connectors).
• Design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations across ERP, CPQ, telephony, and SaaS systems.
• Champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the right solution approach.
