Job summary

OBI Smart Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Developer to translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions in a hybrid role based in Katowice. You will design, implement, and customize Salesforce functionality, including data models, automation, and integrations, while coordinating with business stakeholders and Salesforce engineering teams.

Qualifications

• University studies in computer science or comparable field.
• Experience as Salesforce Developer in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementation including configuration, development, automation, data models, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and lead technical discussions.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Hybrid work model willingness; visit Katowice office regularly.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

• Design and implement Salesforce functionality hands-on, including custom development, configuration, automation, data models, and integrations.
• Act as a key technical interface between business stakeholders, Salesforce engineering teams, and non-Salesforce development teams.
• Contribute to integration design and alignment with surrounding systems such as APIs, middleware, and data platforms.
• Ensure consistency and synergy across Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions and lead technical discussions.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Openness to work in a hybrid model and visit the Katowice office regularly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
