Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term banking sector project, focusing on new functionalities and maintenance within the corporate CRM. You will work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.

The role involves designing backend and frontend using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP, ensuring high code quality, and collaborating with architects and admins to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years designing and developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience delivering projects for banking/financial sector.
• Proficient in Apex including triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex.
• Experience building UI with LWC, Aura, and LDS; strong SOQL skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP and middleware integrations.
• Familiarity with OpenShift, Elastic, Zabbix; Salesforce Flow experience.
• English for international collaboration; advanced Polish.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer (f/m/x) to join a long-term project in the banking sector, related to the implementation of new functionalities and the maintenance of existing solutions within the corporate CRM. You will work in a team focused on the development and optimization of solutions based on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Your tasks

• Development and maintenance of solutions based on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other components of the Salesforce ecosystem)
• Analysis of business and technical requirements and translating them into effective system solutions
• Designing and implementing backend and frontend solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration technologies
• Creating, developing, and deploying new functionalities according to business requirements and Salesforce platform standards
• Optimizing existing processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce applications
• Ensuring high code quality by applying good programming practices, unit tests, and participating in code reviews
• Collaborating with architects, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and project teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API, Platform Events, and middleware
• Participating in the design of Salesforce solution architecture and recommending best platform practices

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience in delivering projects for the banking or financial sector
• Practical knowledge of Apex, including creating triggers, batch classes, and solutions based on Async Apex
• Previous work in creating user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Data Service (LDS)
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata)
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST API, communication platforms, and message queues (RMQ)
• Familiarity with tools supporting the development and maintenance of applications, such as OpenShift, Elastic, and Zabbix
• Practical experience in modeling and automating business processes using Salesforce Flow
• Knowledge of ETL tools and processes and data integration between Salesforce and external systems
• Communicative knowledge of English enabling work in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of Polish

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification
