Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Competence Center. In this role you will support clients at various stages—from business analysis and solution design to platform configuration—and participate in presentations, workshops and presales initiatives.

You will combine technical Salesforce knowledge with a consulting mindset, lead discovery workshops, translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, and coordinate with architects,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce platform.
• Strong expertise in configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Very good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience in pre-implementation analysis and client workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Salesforce certifications validating experience.
• Advanced Polish and English; residency in Poland.

• Taking on the role of Lead Consultant in implementation projects, coordinating functional work, and supporting less experienced consultants

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Competence Center. In this role, you will support clients at various stages of collaboration, from business analysis and solution design to platform configuration and participation in presentations, workshops, and presales initiatives. You will combine technical knowledge with a consulting approach, working closely with clients to deliver optimal Salesforce solutions.

• Proven experience validated by Salesforce certifications
• Advanced level of Polish and English
• Residency in Poland
