Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Competence Center in Kraków. You will support clients from analysis to solution design, platform configuration, and presales, shaping implementation outcomes through close client collaboration.

Role requires strong consulting skills, Salesforce certifications, and fluency in Polish and English. You will lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and drive successful Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong expertise in configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Very good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience in pre-implementation analysis and client workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Salesforce certifications validated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and lead discovery workshops.
• Gather and refine business requirements.
• Design Salesforce-based solutions per best practices.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Create functional documentation, user stories, and backlogs.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Competence Center. In this role, you will support clients at various stages of collaboration, from business analysis and solution design to platform configuration and participation in presentations, workshops, and presales initiatives. You will combine technical knowledge with a consulting approach, working closely with clients to deliver optimal Salesforce solutions.

Your tasks

• Conducting business process analysis and leading discovery workshops
• Gathering and refining business requirements
• Designing Salesforce-based solutions in accordance with best practices
• Configuring Salesforce using declarative tools
• Creating functional documentation, user stories, and backlogs
• Collaborating with architects, developers, and project teams during implementation
• Advising clients on Salesforce platform capabilities and recommending optimal solutions
• Leading presentations, demos, and product workshops for clients
• Participating in presales activities, preparing solution concepts and estimations
• Taking on the role of Lead Consultant in implementation projects, coordinating functional work, and supporting less experienced consultants

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
• Strong expertise in configuring Salesforce using declarative tools
• Very good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience in pre-implementation analysis and conducting client workshops
• Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Previous work in implementation or transformation projects
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Proven experience validated by Salesforce certifications
• Advanced level of Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with niche Salesforce clouds
