Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Competence Center. You will support clients from business analysis and solution design to platform configuration and presentations, workshops, and presales initiatives.

If you enjoy designing solutions, collaborating with clients, and shaping implementations, this role could be the perfect fit for you. You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and coordinate teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong expertise in configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Very good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience in pre-implementation analysis and conducting client workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Previous work in implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Polish and English fluency, Residency in Poland.

• Taking on the role of Lead Consultant in implementation projects, coordinating functional work, and supporting less experienced consultants.

You will combine technical knowledge with a consulting approach, working closely with clients to deliver optimal Salesforce solutions.
