Job summary

OANDA Corporation in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Expert to join a 6-person team serving our global Salesforce ecosystem. You will work in a hybrid model, meeting in the office twice a week.

You will design robust technical solutions, migrate legacy systems, build controllers and LWC, mentor admins, and integrate with AI tools while following SCRUM and DX/DevOps practices. Fluent English required and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce-related roles.
• Deep knowledge of declarative Salesforce features (Flows, Security Model, Permission Sets).
• Strong programmatic skills (Apex, LWC, Knowledge).
• Experience migrating legacy systems and platform modernization.
• Proven track record in large-scale cross-system integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, automated testing, and CI/CD in Agile settings.
• Fluent English.
• Proactive and self-driven with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architect to design robust Salesforce solutions.
• Migrate legacy systems to Salesforce and modernize components.
• Build and optimize Apex controllers and Lightning Web Components.
• Mentor Salesforce Administrators on best practices and troubleshooting.
• Integrate Salesforce with AI tools and external REST/SOAP services.
• Drive innovation using Salesforce DX/DevOps in a SCRUM environment.
