Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager Intelligent Labels to drive RFID adoption across industries in Eastern Europe. You will work remotely with travel to customers, growing sales and expanding key accounts in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria.

Bring 5+ years in international B2B sales, strong English communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. The role requires managing complex deals, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting revenue

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within RFID or highly technical products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Grow and develop sales by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts across East Europe (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria).
Execute results-oriented selling across the Avery Dennison RFID portfolio, applying technical knowledge of RFID transponders and their use cases.
Proactively build a robust sales pipeline, focusing on both new prospects and re-activating previous customers.
Achieve sales and margin targets within the EMEA region while prioritizing high-reward opportunities.
Develop understanding of the competitive landscape, manage forecasts, and track activities in Salesforce.
