Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead country procurement initiatives, maximize value from suppliers, and support EU sites across Poland, the Netherlands, Germany and France.

You will consolidate supplier bases, drive cost‑saving strategies, lead contract negotiations, and align procurement programs with business goals. This fully remote role offers Home Office options, ongoing development opportunities, and a collaborative, international team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven professional experience in procurement management, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within an international matrix environment.
• Strong background in supplier base consolidation, contract negotiations, and cost‑reduction strategies.
• Solid track record of supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; Dutch or Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate the existing supplier base to drive efficiency, standardize processes, and maximize commercial leverage.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high‑quality new suppliers when cost‑saving or value‑creation opportunities are identified.
• Lead commercial negotiations with key vendors to secure optimal pricing, favorable payment terms, and strong contractual commitments.
• Identify and capture procurement‑wise growth opportunities to build robust procurement foundations across the business unit.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with key internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals and operational needs.
