Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery with Planning and Logistics.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues.
• Build trusted relationships with key accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct warm outbound calls and track sales activities in the CRM.
