Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced Revenue Accountant to manage billing, AR processes and governance for high-volume revenue operations in Kraków. You will own pre-invoicing checks, data integrity, and liaise with BI and systems teams to optimize automation and reporting.

The role requires strong accounting foundation, experience with billing systems, and keen analytical skills to resolve complex disputes and ensure accurate invoicing and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Strong experience in revenue accounting, billing and accounts receivable in high-volume environment.
• Solid understanding of revenue processes, accruals, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Experience with automation tools, billing systems or revenue databases; comfortable with large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate discrepancies and resolve disputes.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environment.
• Confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the billing mailbox with timely resolution of queries.
• Lead resolution of high-priority billing disputes and investigate issues.
• Maintain Revenue Automation Database with accurate rates and terms.
• Upload bonuses, promotions and adjustments for accurate invoicing.
• Perform pre-invoicing checks and validate new commercial connections.
• Extract and validate large-scale invoicing data within timelines.
• Review operator and vendor calculations for accuracy and terms.
• Investigate and resolve BVE variances and support accruals.
• Monitor long-outstanding accounts receivable balances and drive collections.
• Prepare and distribute weekly AR and revenue reports to stakeholders.
• Support payment runs and AR/AP inquiries including allocations and audits.
• Collaborate with BI and Systems to resolve automation issues and drive improvements.
