Job summary

BD in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Analyst, Responsible Sourcing to help execute the company’s Responsible Sourcing Strategy, focusing on supplier due diligence across human rights, environment and governance.

You will manage program tracking, engage suppliers on ESG outreach, coordinate third‑party audits, develop program materials, and analyze ESG data with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to drive risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience; multinational company preferred.
• Experience with project/program management processes and best practices.
• Data tracking, manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Fundamental ESG topics and how they apply to large businesses.
• Procurement principles and procurement practices.
• Broad business knowledge and acumen.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint; large data sets in Excel; ERP systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program tracking, scheduling, and progress on Responsible Sourcing projects.
• Engage suppliers in ESG outreach, deploy assessments, and manage audits.
• Coordinate third-party activities and monitor progress for the Responsible Sourcing Program.
• Develop program materials to support suppliers' sustainability efforts.
• Analyze ESG risk data and create reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Monitor supplier risk and coordinate audits, CAPs, and action plans.
