Qualifications

• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

• Understanding of banks' balance sheet structure and related reporting requirements.
• Experience in reporting system development and automation.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes and collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ESG report production work.
• Develop ESG reporting processes for Pillar 3 and Pillar 1.
• Deliver ESG reporting in line with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze datasets and prepare reports for financial supervisory authorities.
• Draft process requirements for future ESG reporting.
• Collaborate with IT delivery units for development of features.
• Conduct UAT and dry runs for newly developed features.
