Job summary

NES Fircroft is recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the development and structuring of utility-scale renewable energy projects in Poland. You will manage opportunities from early identification through financial close, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to drive projects to construction start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in development, business development and M&A in renewable energy.
• Experience with permitting, codevelopment and acquisition of renewable energy projects in Poland.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and structuring of utility-scale renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, and onshore wind) from early opportunity identification through the development cycle to financial close.
• Lead external and internal development processes, structure and negotiate complex transactions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring projects to construction start.
