Job summary

Omada, a global cybersecurity software company, seeks a dedicated Release Manager who owns the end-to-end release process across cloud and on-premises, coordinating more than ten scrum teams.

You'll orchestrate releases, manage the calendar, communicate status to stakeholders, and proactively mitigate risks, ensuring quality and predictability.

This hybrid role is based in Warsaw or Alicante, with base salary in PLN and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in release management in a cloud software environment.
• Exceptional communicator across multiple levels of business and technical leadership.
• Strong command of CI/CD and release tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for builds, deployments and test management.
• Comfortable in Agile, multi-team environments with distributed teams.
• Understanding of the software lifecycle from specification to deployment.
• Sharp prioritization and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end release process across daily CI/CD releases, cloud cadence, on-premises releases, and hotfixes.
• Be the orchestrator across 10+ scrum teams and partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects and engineers.
• Own and maintain the release calendar across cloud, on-premises, and hotfix cadences; align stakeholders.
• Communicate scope, criteria status, risks, and progress to engineers and leadership.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep delivery on track and ensure readiness.
• Prepare the wider organization with advanced knowledge of features and fixes for every release.
• Define KPIs and report on release readiness and cross-release initiatives.
• Keep release processes audit-ready per ITSM policies and external audits.
