Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a seasoned IT project manager to lead release management for a scalable financial platform. The role is hybrid from Gdynia, with 2–3 days per week in the office.

You will coordinate the release roadmap, plan parallel deployments, and ensure go-live and handover activities, while engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates should have 5+ years in IT project management, with ITIL, Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience and proficiency in Jira/Confluence and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management and planning.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under the ITIL framework.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with development, operations and other teams.
• Analytical mindset, strong coordination and planning skills, accountability, proactivity and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, planning and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications.
• Planning and coordinating multiple parallel releases and deployment activities.
• Planning release go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Planning, coordinating and tracking change activities throughout the release process.
• Leading release decision meetings and securing stakeholder approval for each release milestone.
• Planning and setting up handover sessions from development teams to operations teams.
