METTLER TOLEDO in Warsaw is seeking a Release Manager to drive smooth production deployments across multiple landscapes. You will coordinate releases, manage risks, and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

This role blends technical oversight with project coordination, requiring hands-on experience with CHARM, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, plus a Lean mindset and fluent English to coordinate across diverse teams.

Qualifications

2 years of Release Management, SDLC, Change Management, or IT Delivery experience.
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Hands on experience with AI tools
Knowledge and practical experience in Agile and/or SCRUM
Readiness to support in emergencies after standard working hours and during weekends

Responsibilities

Technically manages the deployment of the solution across landscapes (CHARM, BitBucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Bundles changes into releases (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, emergency).
Communicates release deadlines to delivery teams and SAFe Product Teams.
Manages operational communication related to ongoing release and KPIs.
Cooperates with internal and external technical teams and audits.
Explores and implements AI and automation opportunities within Release Management, SDLC, and DevOps processes.
