emagine Polska is seeking a seasoned Release Manager to oversee planning and execution of releases for banking technology platforms and applications in a hybrid setup in Gdańsk. The role involves coordinating release roadmaps, go-live prep, and change activity tracking, with strong DevOps and ITIL familiarity.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive automation and continuous delivery, and engage stakeholders to approve milestones. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT project management.
• Experience in release/deployment management, banking preferred.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and change management.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
• Excellent communication with technical teams.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• DevOps minded with release automation.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and maintain the release roadmap for multiple applications.
• Oversee release and deployment planning for parallel releases.
• Facilitate go-live prep and post-go-live activities.
• Coordinate and track change activities throughout release.
• Lead stakeholder approval meetings on release milestones.
• Organize handover sessions between development and operations.
• Improve release quality and efficiency with automation.
