Job summary

Eurofins is looking for a Head of Release and Deployment Management in Katowice, Poland. You will lead the safe, predictable delivery of changes across a growing portfolio of IT solutions, governing end-to-end Release lifecycles across hundreds of production instances.

You will own tooling, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure compliance with ITIL and security standards. The role is based in Katowice with hybrid work mode (4 days in the office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8–10 years in Release engineering, deployment management, or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on deployment execution and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient with Terraform or similar IaC tools; ITSM platforms like ServiceNow/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage end-to-end deployments across production and non-production environments.
• Maintain and optimize deployment pipelines, configurations, and automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, analyze root causes, implement fixes.
• Own deployment tooling and coordinate with Automation teams for tooling improvements.
