Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in a RegTech environment or financial services technology.
• Strong understanding of broker‑dealer regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to break down complex regulatory concepts into structured logic.
• Clear and effective communicator with experience working in collaborative, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global broker‑dealer regulatory changes and translate them into structured functional requirements.
• Create high‑quality functional specifications, including data models, field‑level definitions, reporting logic, validations, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and support QA in test scenarios.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases in regulations, proposing clear solutions.
• Act as SME in regulatory reporting, participate in backlog/sprint activities, and support client queries with a structured approach.
