Nasdaq in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Specialist Business Analyst to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear functional specs and shape product improvements. You will support clients with domain expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to regulatory reporting initiatives.

The role demands strong analytical depth, hands-on involvement, and a global mindset in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is available, with ~3 days in-office in Wroclaw.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field
• Experience in RegTech or financial services tech
• Knowledge of broker-dealer regulatory reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communicator with cross-functional team experience

Responsabilidades

• Analyze global broker-dealer regulatory changes and translate into functional requirements.
• Create high-quality functional specifications, including data models and reporting logic.
• Collaborate with Development and QA to ensure accurate implementation and testing.
• Identify gaps and edge cases in regulations; propose practical solutions.
• Act as regulatory reporting SME; support backlog, sprint activities, and client queries.
