Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Senior RTR Specialist in Katowice to lead R2R processes, ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, and support system implementations. The role involves mentoring team members and delivering accurate financial data for timely closes in a dynamic, international environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and support internal and external audits while maintaining high standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced IFRS knowledge and understanding of complex financial transactions.
• Proficient in Excel with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience coordinating internal/external audits and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to lead a team and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bookkeeping aligns with group accounting policies and IFRS.
• Deliver high-quality financial data and timely reporting.
• Review month-end close entries and IFRS adjustments.
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Support continuous process improvements and system implementations.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for supervisors and audits.
