Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Senior RTR Specialist in Katowice to manage R2R (GL) tasks, ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, and support the implementation of new systems. You will guide the R2R team, monitor deviations, and prepare variance analyses while driving process improvements.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contribute to audits, and help evolve finance operations in a dynamic, international environment. Flexi-time and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial accounting with IFRS understanding.
• Experience coordinating internal/external audits.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bookkeeping adheres to group policies and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality financial data and timely reporting.
• Review month-end closing entries including IFRS adjustments.
• Perform accounts reviews and reconciliations; streamline period end closing.
• Automate data preparation and reporting where possible; coach team members.
• Support audits and provide ad-hoc reports as needed.
