TMF Group in Katowice is seeking a Senior RTR Specialist to support the R2R process and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS. You will guide the team, participate in system implementations, and monitor deviations with variance analysis.

As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
As a Senior RTR Specialist at TMF Group, you will play an important role in the finance and accounting function of the organization. You will be responsible for a variety of R2R (GL) tasks and will support the R2R process in delivering high‑quality services to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with regulatory standards. You will provide guidance to R2R team members and support the implementation of new systems. Tasks include tracking significant deviations and preparing variance analysis.
