Job summary

Valeo is seeking a highly motivated, experienced senior engineer to autonomously lead product know-how capitalization within our advanced development platform. This role focuses on ensuring technical excellence, robustness, and market competitiveness of new product development.

You will work with international teams, enjoy hybrid work flexibility, and participate in comprehensive training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an interdisciplinary engineering environment (design, testing, electrical motors).
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.

Responsibilities

• Know-how capitalization & product standardization across development of technical bricks and standards.
• Perform design reviews, assess technical risks and evaluate solutions.
• Support engineering teams in solving complex technical issues and interact with customers/suppliers as needed.
• Develop technical training modules within scope of ownership.
