Job summary

Valeo Service is seeking a highly motivated senior engineer to autonomously lead know-how capitalization within our advanced development platform. The role focuses on ensuring technical excellence, robust product development, and market competitiveness across international teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 10 years in interdisciplinary engineering environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical principles knowledge.
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Know-how capitalization and product standardization across development.
• Perform design reviews, assess risks and evaluate solutions.
• Support engineering teams in solving complex issues and engage with customers/suppliers.
• Develop technical training modules within the scope of ownership.
