Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years in interdisciplinary engineering (design, testing, expertise, or repair of electromechanical systems).
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles; analytical and creative problem-solving.
• Willingness to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads technical analysis of electrical drive systems (eAxle, eMotor) and subsystems.
• Defines and manages activities to support technical conclusions: measurements, tests, examinations, trials.
• Leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians; plans, quotes, and executes activities.
• Cooperates with project teams, product architects, standards owners, and domain experts.
• Participates in problem-solving, competitive analysis, and product improvement.
• Develops methods, tools, and equipment to improve analysis efficiency.
