Flex is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer in Bielsko-Biała, Poland to design and develop electromechanical solutions for data center and AI infrastructure products. You will create 3D models and detailed drawings, prepare manufacturing docs, and support testing, validation, and product introduction activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in design or product development, with strong Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Design Engineer, Mechanical Designer, or Product Development Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
• Ability to create, interpret and maintain technical documentation.
• Experience with DFMEA, DFM/ DFA and Lean Manufacturing methodologies (preferred).
