Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end‑to‑end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Engineer located in Bielsko‑Biała, Poland. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer role involves coordinating and overseeing engineering projects from initiation through completion, collaborating closely with customers, production teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or critical power systems is considered an advantage.
