Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in joinery and drywall to oversee cost control on premium interior fit-out projects. The role requires meticulous measuring, interim valuations, and close collaboration with clients and consultants.

FWH: one day work from home and four days in the office. You will manage multiple projects, prepare final accounts, and advise on contractual matters, applying Excel and MS Office for cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Recent surveying experience in construction/fit-out required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee measures and report variances.
• Prepare and settle interim claims.
• Prepare supporting documentation for client and consultants.
• Identify, measure, and agree variations.
• Cost investigations.
• Submit weekly financial reports to client and QS.
• Manage multiple projects at different stages.
• Provide costing information to accounts monthly/quarterly.
• Advise management on contractual matters.
• Measure and agree Final Accounts.
