Roche is seeking a Quality Manager for the RDT Diagnostics Commercial unit in Warsaw. You will own end-to-end QA initiatives, drive testing strategy, and lead automation efforts while coordinating with RDT stakeholders to align testing with releases.

• Strong expertise in modern testing methodologies and automation.
• Experience embedding quality gates into Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Take independent ownership of end-to-end QA across multiple capabilities.
• Lead development of comprehensive testing strategies and automated testing.
• Oversee complex interdependencies and assess short/long-term impacts.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Delivery Managers and business units.
• Refine best practices, participate in Communities of Practice, and coach junior colleagues.
