You will lead cross-functional teams, influence through matrix leadership, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in product safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Extensive software engineering experience in cloud-based environments
- Strong background in software architecture and DevOps practices
- Proven track record leading through influence in matrix organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into complex product quality issues across Roche's Digital Solutions portfolio
- Coordinate cross-functional investigations with software engineers, quality experts and global teams
- Drive timely, evidence-based root cause analysis and remediation actions
- Promote quality culture and regulatory compliance across the organization
