The role focuses on taking independent ownership of end-to-end QA across multiple capabilities and developing holistic testing strategies with emphasis on automation and scalable validation across the existing tech stack. The candidate will embed shift-left testing, align testing cycles with agile releases, and collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Delivery Managers, and business

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record defining and executing end-to-end QA strategies and governance
• Deep expertise in modern testing methodologies and automation
• Experience embedding shift-left testing into Agile delivery and CI/CD
• Ability to collaborate with Release Train Engineers and Business units to align testing with releases

• Take independent ownership of end-to-end quality assurance across multiple capabilities.
• Lead development of holistic testing strategies and expand automated testing.
• Oversee complex interdependencies and assess short/long-term solution impacts.
