Grigeo Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain and enhance the quality management system for manufactured products. You will coordinate non-conformity resolutions and ensure compliance with IFS, FSC, ISO and BfR standards, while supporting production staff.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar quality role, a related higher education degree, and strong Polish/English communication skills. Polish market salary is discussed with experience.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification in manufacturing engineering, production management, quality management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as Quality Engineer, Quality Controller, Process Engineer or similar.
• Experience working with IFS, FSC, ISO and BfR standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Polish and English written and spoken communication.

What we expect from you:

• A higher education qualification in manufacturing engineering, production management, quality management or a related field;
• 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Controller, Process Engineer or in a similar role;
• Experience working with IFS, FSC, ISO and BfR standards;
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• A proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Good written and spoken communication skills in Polish and English.
