Job summary

Dell Technologies in Łódź, Poland seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in managing factory quality metrics such as FPY, EQM and MWD. You will set up and improve inspection processes aligned with ISO and regulatory programs, driving investigations and CLCA actions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product & Operations to foster a quality culture focused on meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or quality management is required or preferred.

• Fluency in English and Polish with good communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
