Dell Technologies seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in Łódź, Poland to support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in tracking FPY, EQM and MWD metrics and to drive CLCA actions. You will help improve factory quality inspection processes and collaborate with product and operations teams to foster a robust quality culture.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in manufacturing quality, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in engineering domain (IT, Electronics) and/or quality management.
• Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes, engineering theory and electronic and mechanical design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project & problems management, communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish and proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering area or related field.

• Conduct broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in quality engineering, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
• Provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems and contributes to the development of organization's quality goals and objectives.
• Lead tactical quality related projects and provides direction to less experienced team members.
• Use judgment within defined policies and practices; works under limited direction.
• Get frequent inter-organizational and outside customer/vendor contacts.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in managing Dell and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) factory quality metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY), End of Line Quality Metric (EQM) and Missing, Wrong, Damaged (MWD). You will also have responsibility for setting up and improving factory quality inspection processes aligned with ISO and regulatory compliance programs, driving investigations related to customer quality escalations, and performing Closed-loop Corrective Actions (CLCA) on issues.

You will work with stakeholders across the Product & Operations organization to build and maintain a quality culture built on continuous improvement methods which is focused on meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations.

You will:
