Shiji Group is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to develop automated tests for a distributed hospitality platform in Katowice. The role involves creating and maintaining C#-based automation, translating user stories into test cases, and ensuring quality across microservices and Docker-based environments.

Join a team focused on detailed manual and automated testing, with opportunities to design test plans, document results, and work closely with development to resolve defects.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing, and regression testing.
  
• Experience working in a technical environment and closely with development teams.
  
• Experience with C# test frameworks and development/testing support.
  
• Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting bugs and technical issues.
  
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
  
• Good understanding of databases and SQL.
  
• Proactive and well-organized approach, with the ability to document solutions, learn new workflows, and effectively support issue resolution.
