Job summary

Shiji Group in Poland focuses on the Shiji Enterprise Platform for hotels. The role involves developing a part of a distributed system serving the hospitality industry, covering reservations, payments, and hotel services.

You will perform full regression tests, create comprehensive reports, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure quality and integration. The office is in Katowice; fully remote work is not an option.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in software/hardware testing with ISTQB certification.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Swagger, Postman, Postgres, Kibana, Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Perform full regression tests on existing software per internal scripts and QA processes.
• Test new code to ensure integration with existing systems meets functional requirements.
• Create comprehensive test reports and raise bug tickets for issues found.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide details to development teams.
• Perform requirements analysis, documenting and communicating results.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver distributed functionality.
• Follow directions from a lead and manage priority changes as necessary.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
