Job summary

AirHelp is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own automation for the Claiming Experience domain, focusing on documents and communication flows. The role emphasizes automation, observability, and AI-assisted workflows in a hybrid setup across Kraków, Gdańsk, or Warsaw.

You will work with a team of developers to evolve testing strategies, implement scalable automated tests, and improve deployment confidence through modern tooling. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, senior preferred.
• Strong hands-on with Playwright and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing APIs with Postman, Bruno, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the test automation strategy for critical flows in Documents and Communication.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable automated tests with Playwright and Postman/Bruno.
• Improve feedback loops by accelerating validation of changes before and after deployment.
• Promote quality ownership among developers with practical testing patterns and knowledge sharing.
• Apply AI-assisted testing and analysis to improve test generation, debugging, and regression testing.
• Increase quality observability to identify failures, signals, and trigger deeper investigation.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify risk areas early.
