Qualifications

• 5+ years in test automation and quality engineering.
• Strong JavaScript proficiency for automation development.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver for web testing.
• SQL and database testing knowledge.
• API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured, Axios).
• CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with AI-powered testing tools or AI capabilities for automation.
• Docker/Kubernetes for test environments.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
• Experience with performance/load testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop an enterprise-grade test automation platform using JavaScript, Selenium, SQL, and API testing frameworks.
• Build and maintain reusable automation libraries and components for scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Develop and implement AI-powered automation capabilities for intelligent test generation, execution, failure analysis, and reporting.
• Automate Web Service and API validation, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define and enforce automation standards and best practices.
• Optimize automation infrastructure architecture to support high-quality, scalable testing across projects.
• Analyze test results, identify failure patterns, and implement intelligent solutions to improve test reliability.
• Create and maintain documentation for automation frameworks, libraries, and processes.
• Mentor team members on automation best practices and AI-enabled testing.
